- 20 years experience in customer and internal software development projects, within small, medium and large size projects.
- Solid and proven project management skills.
- Experience in defining, setting up and executing Agile methodologies for Software R&D, like Scrum, Kanban and use case driven development.
- Proven communication skills and social competence in building very successful international and interdisciplinary relationships
- Supporting and encouraging teams to realizing projects in time and budget
