I have completed a Post graduate program in Business Information Systems (BIS), specializing in SAP R/3 architecture, from Hochschule Karlsruhe für Technik und Wirtschaft, Karlsruhe, Germany. During this program, I had undergone training in ABAP/4 programming and functional modules such as SD, MM. In addition, I was involved in various In-house projects and assignments on ABAP/4, Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules during my course. As part of the course I have also completed a mandatory internship at Daimler AG. In India, I completed a Masters Degree in Computer Applications (MCA) and a Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences. After MCA, I worked with Dell International Services as a Senior Technical Support Associate, India and my experience at Dell has taught me that customers are the most important part of a business. After Dell I was with Apex Knowledge Technologies as a Project Leader.
